This 40sqm office space marked the first phase of a major interior renovation within a mid-century commercial building that had stood vacant for more than five years. The brief was to transform the interior into a modern workspace while respecting the building’s historic character.

Our team embraced a refined, contemporary aesthetic through the use of rich walnut flooring and bespoke furniture, paired with deep burgundy colour-drenched walls and ceilings. Layered textures and warm materials create depth, intimacy, and quiet sophistication.

The result is an office that feels grounded in heritage while delivering a distinctly modern spatial experience
